Pay Per Tour.  No monthly or annual fees. Not set-up charges.

Virtual Tour Pricing depends on the type of tour (Floor Plan Tour or Photo Tour) and who is supplying the tour content.

We have three service options:

• Self Service – do-it-yourself service where you supply the photos and/or the draft floor plan sketch.  We redraw the plan, enhance photos.
• Full Service – we do it all for you, including taking photos and creating a floor plan sketch and producing the virtual tour.
• Partial Service – if you want to use your own photos (or photographer), or if you have a floor plan sketch we can use (we will redraw it, if desired) and you want us to take photos.

Pricing also varies for the type of tour you want - Floor Plan Tour, Photo Tour or Floor Plan Clean-up or Creation (not a tour, just a floor plan file cleaned up).

Volume Discounts or Small Properties (condos). We also offer discounts from the standard pricing for volume purchases or for smaller than average properties, such as condominiums or apartments.  Please contact us at 866-810-3816, option 2 for Sales and then the Canada option to discuss your specific opportunity and we can build a custom price quote.

How are Tours Billed? We will provide you an estimated price before you confirm your order if you put in an estimated square footage amount (such as sq ft per tax records per or an appraisal). You may edit your order at any time prior to work being completed and you will not be billed until work has been completed, except for any cancellation fees, if applicable. For Floor Plan Tours, pricing is based on the Measured Area as calculated by the Service Provider.  The Measured Area will likely differ from the gross living area or square footage per tax records, because basements, garages and other areas drawn and measured are included in the Measured Area calculation, and these areas are typically not included in the term Gross Living Area. Tour Upgrades & Optional Service Charges include:

• Realtor.com linking – Free for Showcase members ($25.00 for non-Showcase members who are not Realtor.com members).
• Linking to your websites – FloorPlanOnline provides Free linking to many MLS websites and select company websites.
• Tour  Renewals – Each tour is good for one year and can be renewed for $39.00/year thereafter.  You can renew a tour at any time…so if you re-list a property 3 years from now, you can get the tour back for just the then current renewal fee!
• Vanity Domain Name – The property address can be the tour web address, such as www.111AnyStreet.com – $20/year. See Tour Upgrades for your order.
• Additional Trip Charges – Starts at $100 and depends on what is required for the second trip.  Additional areas drawn and measured may be higher.
• Additional Photos – $6 per photo for full service work over the stated requirement for the product/service ordered.
• CDs with House & Agent info – 5 CDs for $20 (minimum), $4 per additional CD.  Note: Only Windows compatible right now.
• Sign Riders – We have partnered with ABetterSign.com for low sign riders – $10.4 US  plus shipping. You buy directly from them.  Showcase the tour or domain name on your For Sale sign.
